What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be calculated after the order is created by the order manager and you will be informed immediately. There is a minimum charge of €3 for small products, for larger products there may be additional costs.

Who will deliver my order?
We work with a transport company and courier, but you can also pick up the products from our company.

In how many days will I receive it?
The shipping time of your order is from 1 to 3 working days from the day of completion of the order for small parcels and 7-15 for large orders

*Shipping times may change due to unpredictable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, holidays, etc.

COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

In-store pickup is possible for any purchase. In the event that you have stated during the completion of your order that you wish to receive from our store, you will be notified by phone by our partners, in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order. When your order is ready for pickup, you will be notified either by email, viber or sms on your mobile phone, or by phone. Your order will remain available in our store for 5 calendar days. If you do not receive your order within 5 calendar days, your order will be cancelled.

Your order can be collected from the store 24 hours after the order has been completed, from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 14:00, strictly with the name you have entered and the code of your order. The receipt of your order from the store can be done 24 hours after the completion of the order, from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 and Saturday 09:00 – 14:00, strictly under the name you have declared and your order code.

NOTE: No product is reserved without a nominal order. Our company reserves the right to request an advance payment for each order and to change prices without notice. Small orders may take 1-3 business days to process and larger orders 7-15 business days.
