CNC Router Standard

The characteristic of this category is the T-slot type aluminum profile table. It contributes to the easier holding of the pieces we wish to process.

Usually our proposal for this category is to fit a sheet of MDF over the aluminum profile and mill its surface. Therefore, we will result in a perfectly angled machining surface to the “Z” axis. Then, we can easily and quickly “catch” the final piece to be processed, on our wood, with the holding kit we provide.
Of course, depending on the treatments we want to do and the materials we will be working on, there are plenty of different retention options.

It is a “compact” construction, specially designed with an ergonomic character. Our purpose, with the CNC Router Standard series, is to provide you with an economical solution. Which we equip with quality and durable components, so that it becomes one of the most important tools of your business, for increasing your production

In the CNC Router Standard series we offer the following special equipment, integrated with the machine:

Dust collector 3.5 – 5.5kW (for the absorption of dust and shavings during the processing of materials)
Industrial chiller / Industrial water cooling system (for the continuous cooling of the Spindle / cutting motor)
High tool sensor (for the easy and quick zeroing of the Z-axis with respect to the material)
