The general terms and conditions governing the market relations between the users of this website, hereinafter “you” and isac.gr, hereinafter “we” company based in Kilkis, Efkarpia, PC 61100. These terms and conditions are intended to protect the rights of the customer as well as to protect the rights of isac.gr.

Availability of goods

There is a case where we can not deliver some products in some areas and the choice of products available for sale varies from country to country. Please select the correct delivery country or log in at the start of your shopping to avoid any confusion.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in case:

1. We have insufficient stock in the products you have ordered.
2. We do not deliver to your area.
3. One or more of the products you ordered was incorrectly priced due to a typo or error in the pricing information from us and our suppliers.

Once we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and credit your account with the amount of the order as soon as possible, up to 30 days from your order.

Isac.gr pays special attention when entering information on the website about the characteristics of the products. However, isac.gr does not guarantee that the product description is accurate, complete, fully up to date and infallible.

The prices listed on our website are in euros and do not include VAT 24%. The total cost of an order will be displayed upon completion.

Orders inside / outside the European Union

Orders outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes and duties in the country of importation. These taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers within the European Union who are registered in the VAT registers and whose markets are characterized as intra-Community acquisition may be entitled to zero (0) VAT. As isac.gr we reserve the right to modify prices at our discretion for any product, before your order is placed and completed.

Shipping methods

The products are sent as soon as possible by transport company or courier to Greece. If the shipping cost exceeds the minimum cost of your order, we will inform you of the extra cost before sending the order.

Order cancellation – Complaints handling

Our customers can cancel their orders and return the goods at any time within 14 working days after delivery.
If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, you must contact isac.gr in writing, within 14 days from the date of delivery, via email at [email protected]. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

In case of cancellation of your order, you will have to return the received products and we will credit the amount of the order. You must return the product, its packaging and whatever else comes with the product must be intact and returned with it.
We inform you that isac.gr is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the transfer of the return.
If the product arrives damaged, you should contact us.
The damaged product report must be submitted within 7 days from the date of shipment.
In case of incorrect shipment of products, please contact us before returning the product to us to arrange its change.
Delivery of incorrect products must be reported within 7 days from the date of shipment.

All delivery times are estimates only and are listed in days. The products will be delivered to the address you give us at the time of your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible and after checking it, within 30 days of your order.
